Responsive Groundwork Repairs
We carry out responsive ground work repairs on behalf of our clients including fencing repairs & renewals and paving repairs & renewals.
Responsive Roofings Repairs
We carry out on average 1500 Roofing repairs per month.
We pride ourselves on our first time fix percentage. We always try to use cost effective solutions (for example using a Sky Vac where possible).
Scaffolding
We have our very own Scaffolding department which provides our clients and residents with ease knowing we erect the scaffold, carry out the repair and dismantle before anyone has to chase.
Planned Work programmes
We carry out a number of roof renewal & planned works programmes with our latest being LBBD & Home Group. With a Supervisor managing the programme of works.

Cherry Picker works
In order to help our clients save on costs, where we can we will send our cherry picker to site to carry out works. Here at C&R we are always trying to ensure value for money for our clients.
